It was a privilege to ride in Israel – the Land of milk and honey – with Kosher Cycling Tours. It’s an opportunity to learn differently about Israel. Aaron knows about the places, geography and flora of Israel. I strongly recommend to ride with Aaron in Israel. Looking forward to ride again in Israel with Aaron.

Thanks so much for guiding me through such an inspirational bike tour through the Jerusalem Hills!
The service was absolutely first class, from beginning to end!
Right from the previous week, the personalized planning, what day and which route would be suitable and tailored to meet the specific requirements that you presented with.
Organizing when and where we would meet, where to rent a high spec road bike, meet up with me at the store to make sure that it was a good fit, supplying me with a water bottle with a lovely drink, energy bars and gels.
The planned route was jaw droppingly gorgeous! Heading out of Jerusalem, the famous forest and passing some wonderful meaningful landmarks such as YAD VASHEM and HAR HERTZL on our way down to Motza /Beit Zayit! Then the first challenge of the day, the accent up Nes Harim, heading to a cycling themed café at the summit and meeting up with some other cycling enthusiasts on the way!
The café at Barbarhar was absolutely delightful with a wonderful cycling atmosphere, felt like any other cycling rest stop in the French or Italian Alps with spectacular views and the Expresso I was treated to was truly scrumptious! Perfectly balanced caffeine hit to get a second wind with renewed vigor!
The second leg down to Beit Shemesh was absolutely electrifying! On a beautifully paved road, being shared wonderfully by cars and bikes alike with an average descending speed of well over 50kph hitting the 70kph mark more than once, but feeling totally safe and secure until we reached our destination, the traffic circle outside the city of Beit Shemesh.
We then had a conversation which would be the best way to head back to Jerusalem, taking into account, how I was feeling, weather conditions, time of arrival and, most of all, what would be most enjoyable for this epic trip of a lifetime!
We decided to go back the same way, pausing briefly at the poignant challenger space craft memorial, following the same route, with a slight variation, circling the town of Ein Karem, past Hadassa hospital, with stunning views climbing back into Jerusalem!
All round fabulously organised by the extremely competent and helpful as well as highly motivated and dedicated team at the KOSHER CYCLE TOURS! Once again, thank you so much for guiding me through such an awesome bucket list experience, will definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested.
